Happy Hanukkah!!!!

Here are some photos from our first night of Hanukkah. We had our yearly traditional potato latkas which stinks up the house tremendously! Then we lit the candles for the first night and then opened presents. We have two more days until Christmas and then more presents, then up to Grandma Bailey's house for even more presents.

Oh how I wish I had been invited for latkas (?). We get them at Whole Foods Market but I'm sure they are no where near as good as yours! I may see you later today.
Have Happy Holidays. Sue

Potato Latkas do smell up the house a bit, but they are wonderful especially with ketchup. They are easy to make thanks to the invention of the Food Processor. We used to grate/shred the potatoes by hand and sometimes lose a bit of knuckles in the process Yikes.
